Introducing the HealthCheck
A structured assessment that helps you understand how well CodeScene is working across your organisation. The HealthCheck measures five dimensions of CodeScene maturity, giving you a clear baseline on where to improve.
Our approach
As a leader, you will have a view of how well CodeScene is working. A HealthCheck augments this with insights from the people using it day-to-day. This will give insights into what people are feeling and doing, and will highlight where opinions on maturity diverge. After we have presented these summarised insights, you can re-evaluate your maturity score.

The six-step process in detail

Initial conversation
We talk through the process, discuss who we should speak to based on a recommended set of roles, and agree when you want to start.

Leadership kick-off session
You score each of the five dimensions and share your perspective on where things stand.

Team interviews
We meet individually with a selected group of people across your organisation. Each person scores the same five dimensions independently. Additionally, with technical team members, we will review the setup and results within the CodeScene tool.

Offline Synthesis
We review all scores and comments, identify where opinions diverge, and produce a report of our findings.

Leadership playback session
We present our findings and walk through the key divergences. For each dimension we will revisit your original score and discuss whether the insights from the team have caused a shift in your view.

Accelerate proposal meeting
Where the HealthCheck identifies significant issues, we will offer a consulting proposal to help you address them. There is no obligation to proceed.
