My work focuses on enabling teams to deliver faster, with higher quality, and with greater predictability, whilst reducing the hidden costs of technical debt and organisational friction.

My background spans Principal Engineering, Head of Test leadership and Quality Advocacy roles. I possess a rare blend of technical depth, organisational insight, and people‑centric leadership.

My focus is on the day-to-day running of the business and helping clients shape and achieve their business goals. I have deep expertise in product operating model transformation, business model design and product strategy definition.
